He began his staffing career in recruiting, locating and delivering hard to find talent in time-sensitive situations. Pirnat attended Depaul Universtity for his Masters in Business Administration and Illinois State University for his Bachelors of Science degree, where he majored in Marketing.
Maricela Ostrand is known for delivering solutions within the pharmaceutical industry and has been an expert in both recruiting and sales. Prior to joining Beacon Hill Pharma, Ostrand was a business development director for a national pharmaceutical staffing firm and also has over a decade of corporate human resources/recruitment experience with pharmaceutical companies. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University where she majored in Marketing.
